Learning and Account Access

The service is for educational and learning purposes only. It does not provide medical advice or replace supervision, professional judgment, or verification against current clinical sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, exam results, or clinical outcomes.

The notebook and its educational content have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. References to medications, supplements, or treatment approaches are for learning and do not constitute prescribing guidance or a recommendation for any individual.

Continue with Google to access your account. Keep your provider account secure, use accurate account information, and do not share or resell your access.

Plans and Payments

The plan, price, billing interval, any introductory offer, and applicable taxes or discounts are shown on the plans and checkout screens before you subscribe. Your checkout confirmation records the terms you accept. A later change to a published offer does not retroactively change your accepted billing terms.

If your plan includes a free trial, a payment card is collected at checkout. The trial begins when checkout is completed. Unless you cancel before the displayed trial end date, Stripe automatically charges your saved payment method for the next paid period. Plans without a trial are charged when checkout is completed.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Any change from an introductory billing period to a different renewal price or interval is disclosed at checkout. We will give advance notice of other changes to your subscription price.

Cancel future billing from your account before the trial or current paid period ends. Access continues through that period. Canceling during a free trial prevents the first subscription charge. Cancellation does not itself refund an already-paid period; any applicable refund terms are disclosed before purchase, and rights required by law are unaffected.

Earlier purchases and owner-issued grants retain their agreed access and billing terms.

If Your Subscription Ends

Subscription access ends when your trial or paid period ends. Earlier permanent access purchases and grants remain subject to their original terms. Account information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Work and Our Reference

You retain ownership of content you add. You allow us to store, process, back up, and display it as needed to provide the service. Only upload material you have the right to use.

The published reference, software, and branding belong to their respective owners. Your purchase permits personal use; it does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution or resale of the reference.

Responsible Use

Do not enter patient-identifiable information, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Availability and Changes

We maintain and update the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Available reference sections and tools may change. Google and payment services have their own terms.

We will notify account holders of material changes to these terms before they take effect. Nothing here excludes consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
