Information We Collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and account identifier supplied by Google when you continue with that provider. We do not receive your Google password.
• Your activity and saved information: preferences, favorites, study selections, and any other information you choose to save through available features.
• Purchases and support: plan, payment status, transaction identifiers, and messages you send us. Stripe processes payments; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical information: necessary session cookies, IP address, device or browser details, and service logs used to operate and secure the service.

How We Use and Share It

We use this information to manage access and billing, provide study features and retain your preferences, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Your account information is not public. Information may be handled by service providers supporting sign-in, payments, hosting, storage, and communications as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect accounts and the service. Google and Stripe also handle information under their own privacy policies.

Usage Analytics

We use PostHog to understand customer navigation, clicks, active time, loading performance, tour progress, and usability problems. Masked session replays show interface layout and interactions. Inputs, search text, notebook text, account details, images, and payment fields are masked or excluded in your browser before transmission. Events use a pseudonymous account identifier and control categories, not your name or email. We do not record private owner notebooks or administration. We do not use advertising tracking. Usage collection respects your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Storage and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle support, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Subscription cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account. You may request account deletion using the contact below.

Limited billing, security, or legal records may need to be retained after deletion; backup copies are removed through the applicable backup cycle.

Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your account information. We may need to verify your identity. Any additional rights depend on the law that applies to you.
